Every order and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible.  Our goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!  Please read below to see how we can help you.


Can I return a Print I purchased?

- Online purchase

All sales of original artwork are final. If you wish to return an Acrylic print, a restocking fee amounting 20% of the product cost will be applied.

We are more than happy to exchange a print for you, though the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied, as we print to order and try our best to not have prints sitting in stock. (This is only applicable to online sales).

Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

- Convention purchase

Exchanges from a purchase at an event like a Convention is ONLY exchangeable DURING THE CONVETION where it was bought.

Can I return a LightBox Frame I purchased?

Exchanges or Returns from a purchase at an event (Convention, Comic-Con, Anime-Con) is ONLY exchangeable DURING THE CONVETION where it was bought.

How long do I have to return or exchange a print?

We accept Online Sales of print returns and exchanges within seven days of delivery. If you do not reach out within seven days, we will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt!  Please note the above restocking fee for prints.

What packaging do I use to send the print back? We ask that you return your print in the original packaging. We will not provide you a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging. We are unable to restock and sell damaged prints, so please make sure you package your print with care. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.¬†

  • Damaged items cannot be returned

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible any orders lost in transit. Orders sent to an invalid address are eligible for a refund, however, return-to-sender fees are non-refundable. Customer will pay shipping rates for orders that need to be resent, including international orders.  All orders are to be shipped via FedEx.
